Is the office at the facility and what are the hours?
The office is close by at 6903 E Parkway Norte, Mesa AZ 85212.
Monday through Thursday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Friday: 9 AM – 4 PM
We are closed on major holidays.
What are the access hours?
Standard gate access is daily from 4:30 AM to 8:00 PM, 7 days a week. There is an option for 24 hour access which is available for an additional charge.
Am I required to store long-term?
We offer flexible month-to-month lease options, so you can store with us for as short or as long as you need.
What other types of vehicles can be stored here?
We see all types of vehicles reserving space here, including RVs, fifth wheels, boats, trailers, commercial vehicles, food trucks, buses, home-based business vehicles (i.e., landscapers, roofers, plumbers, etc.), and more.
How much notice is needed if I need to move out?
We kindly ask that you please give us a 30-day notice if you need to move out.
How do I pay my storage bill?
You can pay your storage bill online using a debit card, credit card, or by ACH. Additionally, you can discuss autopay options with your facility manager.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.
What items am I not allowed to store?
You cannot store perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous materials, or combustible items or liquids.
Your stored items need to be on wheels and moveable.
You are not allowed to live in any vehicle while stored at facility.
